so yeap , i have been messing with cakes recipes agn . but this time round , cause no oven , did the traditional 鸡蛋糕 ! but it was horribly fail !!!! HAHAHAHA
at first , i saw the recipe , thn i left out the 7up / sprite !! thn fck ! the cake was literally like a fckin SPONGE !!! hard as shit texture ! and i throw inside the water and squeeze , really acts like a sponge . EPIC !
then after that , i did a second try , this time with alot lesser flour . but it came out ... still rather hard ? dunno why ? isit still too much flour or wat ? oh well =( i suck at it . so i decided to stop messing with baking until i get a proper oven next time ... haix !!!
yeap it looks so good here , but its nt that soft n fluffy
met up with sx n solo last sun for a random dinner at bugis+ , ramen champion . MEH !! its really just so-so nia. but im really in love with those lava eggs that some shop still sells , apparently theres no quality control , some is really lava !! liquidy goodness =)
anyway , its been so long since i saw tat solo , after he kept duaing us for the xx times ! its lyk his onli meeting if he really really desperate , lyk wtf ? treating us lyk fck . w/e. ppl change . so no pt putting in so much effort.
so yeap , 2 days mc on mon n tues , then aaron keep duaing me so i gave up on calling him . thn tue went out with wils n mixue to the long awaited

ordered the ENGLISH , the usuals , sausage, mushroom toast , potato , weird bean paste sauce (DISGUSTING) $24
so yeap , comparing this with FOOD FOR THOUGHT , food for thought is definitely better , cause of the crispy hashbrown , well marinated mushrooms and orgasmic cake like bread. not forgeting the spreads they have !!
went antionette for desserts , but nth was left , so had to munch on this macarons , cause apparently i was COURAGEOUS enough to try pistachio , not bad, gt the nutty taste that lingers at the end of the bite.

my fren frm work bought this for me whn he went to bangkok . omg so cute haha !!! thks ah . but its abit big . talking bout work . it has been trouble and trouble !! lotsa shit stirring everyday , really cant wait to ord . and i will be going for OP on oct 5

ytd went out with ken , wah... was a horrible time trying to settle where to go and wat time to meet . this fcker juz don giv a fck abt anything . making me dam pissed ! anyway, went for a late nite movie at gv plaza, watched DREDD !! its a good show , except for the overly lame slow-mo effect and the trying so hard 3d effect . but yeap ! after that , went to chill at selegie beancurd shop . and thru that ? i realise the beancurd there aint the famous thing. is their pastries !! the

today finally had the time to eat chicken hotpot with parents, cause its onli open at 12pm , and by tat time , every1 would be dead hungry, but oh well ! haha ! grouponed this meal , but my mum went overboard with ordering random shits ! ordered this CRISPY CHICKEN - came out to be fckin NUGGEST ?!?! srsly ? priced at $7. wtf ?!?! shit place .
and we also orderded random vege and liao to add into the hot pot , but today's standard wasnt up there. but the funny thing was that my dad , before the meal said ( urgh. dam fool . ate bfast le , hw to eat ) thn see him gulping down and wolfing down till he said " haix, nth left to eat le " - after poking thru the pot -
thn went mooncake shopping after grocery shopping was HELL !! heavy ass shit bags while walking thru cramp spaces . and finally bought my fav - gua zi , egg yolk and lian rong -
cooked mac n cheese, was MEH !! lolol , not much cheesey taste and my parents dun like ( too ang moh le ) onli my niece ate alot HAHA
