Still rmb last time , whenever my mum comes back home with these stacks of letters, i would be gleaming with hope, thinking that i would get letters POSTED to ME . till now , i still have tat kind of feeling , a kind of awaited and happy feeling . but mayb not when im older ?? cause all the letters i get will be BILLS hahah !!
work sucks terribly !! system was down for 2 days, everyting has to be done MANUALLY = MOAR TEDIOUS AND SHITTY ! and when the system is back up ?? i HAVE TO UPDATE IT BACK INTO THE SYSTEM !! rawr !!
anyway , most retarded and unreasonable patient today ?? yes , i understand that coming for the appointment but to be greeted with a disappointment that u cant see the doctor is a total letdown / to be pissed off in fact . BUT !! i did all i could to inform the patient ?? i tried calling not once but thrice ?? at different days ? so im like , so he's frm tekong , so cant take calls. so i asked some1 to SMS !
SHIT RESPONSE , U CANT EXPECT HIM TO PICK UP CALL ?? U DUN EXPECT EVERYONE TO UNDERSTAND ENGLISH ??? U DONT HAV THE COMPANY LINE NUMBER ?? NO SHIT , tats y i smsed ! and wtf ?? dun understand eng ?? so u wan me to freaking be like a customer hotline ? for eng press 1 for chinese press 2 ?? WTF !!?!? AND DAMMIT OF CUZ NO I DUN HAV THEIR NUMBER !?!?!?
thn the mdm at lvl 7 , fcked up ? say wat . i wasnt doing ENOUGH ?? i shld hav GONE the extra mile ?? call the medical center to ask for the company line to inform pt ?? or .. if the patient is posted out of tekong , called from 1 place to another to FIND OUT WHERE he gt posted to AND inform the medical center / UNIT .
srsly shit after shit . naise ... giv me warning wor ... say next time get extra ? no no . get DUTY / NO GET RT ? Wtf... please la. wan save face infront of patient, i understand . but to do this to your staffs ?? so happy im not under tat bitch at lvl 7.

i think i getting more and more rebellious ?? i was showing attitude to a PCC doc , cuz he came to my rm to steal my chair ?? thn i go to other rm to steal ? thn ther was this commotion and my mdm was involved LOL !!
