ok . my dec leave starts on fri , took all half days on fri , and the last wk of dec. went over to meet with wilson after work immediately at nuh. took to harbourfront , walked in vivo with shit NO.4 , with gazes and awkward looks on ppl . bleahz !! its soo early like 12.15 ??? then vivo already sooo crowded , initially wanted to eat at carls jr , but the queue is like fck , and if i queue , i would like totally attract MOAR attention !!
so settled at secret recipe then . first time dining there , ordered the daily lunch set , $14.50 , chicken chop w rice. comes with ice tea + ice cream . crapped about life , reminiscing again about our skool days. haha !!
sudden decision to go mi xue house , went back home to change first , then headed off , played wii at her hse with her bro . awkward moment whn i was left there alone with him !! HAHA !! then mi xue drove us out to mama shop to get baking ingredients !! it was like hell when she was trying to park at home.
anyway , it was soo epic baking , haha !! and yes !! my knowledge and expertise helped alot in making the nice cupcake =) but i somehow think tat i was fckin gl n bossy during baking. >.<
failed out first icing recipe LOL that they found on the web, turned to the recipe that i found in the end . the first batch of cupcakes was.... ABIT OVERCOOKED !! gt the crispy feel but dry... but the 2nd batch was jus nice =)
we were like small kids playing with icing !! haha sitting down at the table taking turn to play.
the nicest cupcakes that is up to standard like a PRO !!
then was raining on the way home la ! me n wilson were like mad kids re-enacting 跑吧孩子 lolol !! was freaking soaked !!
